Scientific Atlanta produced two distinct generations of equipment. The original one way system is illustrated on the left, and an improved two way system is illustrated on the right. Both Scientific Atlanta systems are available for sale in refurbished condition and come with one year full service. Extended Service Agreements are available. Existing systems can be maintained in their current configuration or upgraded with a new ControlIQ head end computer that will bring state of the art performance using your existing transmission and receiving equipment, which, though no longer in production, is durable and similar in design and function to current models. Since existing Scientific Atlanta equipment is already bought and paid for, you get the performance of truly modern building automation system at a vastly reduced cost.
